ABOUT THE SERVICE

The SNWD employees attends to maintenance request such as repair of leakages whether service line leak, meter leak and transmission line leak immediately upon receipt of the complaint.
The concessionaire/complainants are given feedback form and state whether they are satisfied or not with the services rendered by the District.

Concessionaires of San Nicolas Water District who have leakages whether meter leak, service line leak or transmission line leak

Monday to Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE

Step 1 Proceed to the Office and report the leakage to Water Utilities Management/ Development Officer A or Utility Service Assistant A Ask the details of the leakage: Account name, Brgy. or zone and fill out the service request form 5 mins. Engr. Arvee D. Ruiz, Cristino B. Casiano
Step 2 Submit service request to GM for approval   2 mins. GM Marline B. Bonilla
Step 3   Repair the leakage 1 hr. (depends upon the leakage) Cristino B. Casiano, Rocky C. Turwel, Rufino V. Rafael, Jr.
Step 4 Sign the Service Request and state whether the request was acted satisfactory or not Submit the service request form to Water Utilities Management/Development Officer A or Utility Service Assistant A 5 mins. Cristino B. Casiano, Rocky C. Turwel, Rufino V. Rafael, Jr.
